THE BED

Well what can i say the title sounds very informative but THE BED title has a wide range of variety in what it can be interpreted as. this was a project i worked on a few weeks ago and throughout it i reseatced into the concept and meanings of bed and artists that have indulged into this title also. the artist i found most appealing for this title is:

* Tracey Emin

this was her interpretation of bed which shows raw emotion at its's core. she created an exact replica of her bedroom.

so i took her idea and shaped it into my own over time, i explored different aspects of creating my piece and how it should look i used mixed media to and techniques to show feelings and my meaning to the piece. It shows a part of my life and i am showing it to others.

The Final Piece - My Interpretation Of Bed

over all i think my piece has
                        worked out well and shows
exactly what i want it to. i think
the colours i have used are bold
and powerful and i find them
                        visually interesting which
                        immediately attracts the
audience. i have  taken a few
                        close ups of different parts
of the final piece and these are
                        the two pictures that truly
                        capture my eyes.

                Art is not
          something you
          learn it's something
          you're born to do.
